Perfect for a meal for one or two. I use it on my camping (gas) stove. Thermometer seems accurate enough for crispy batter. Lid shape keeps most of the oil spits contained.

Comments are good. but also a great product. The upper lid is not in close touch with the main body is not a product defect. but it allows air through and oil and water vapor when frying it seems that it was intended not to mix. It looks like an excellent and affordable product with good care and scientific consideration.
